Hull Shape Optimized for Performance and Speed
While the original TACTICAL FOLDING KAYAK was an all-rounder designed for enjoyment in calm waters and gentle rivers, the SNIPER was developed with the goal of maximizing "performance" and "rigidity."
It is a high-end model developed for users and advanced paddlers who want to "paddle further," "achieve greater speed," and "paddle vigorously even in the ocean."
Designed to be narrower and longer than the original model, its sleek hull shape (445cm in length, 62cm in width) delivers speed and excellent straight-line tracking. This makes it less tiring for long-distance touring and boasts overwhelming performance.

Inherited Tactical Design
The SNIPER inherits the design philosophy of the original model, where tactical design and functionality are harmonized, while updating the design of individual details.
▪️Nose Guard
The bow of the hull is prone to impact, so like the original model, it is equipped with a nose guard to protect the hull fabric. It is replaceable when worn out, ensuring long-lasting and reliable use.
▪️Military-Inspired Design
Exclusive to SNIPER, the deck features color blocking.
The FOLBOT circle logo is printed on the front hatch, emphasizing visual sharpness and brand identity.
On the stern side, a black trim runs down the center, tightening the overall impression and creating a silhouette that combines lightness and strength.
On the bow side, a triangular trim inspired by fighter jet air intakes is positioned.
Hybrid Structure Combining Strength and Lightness
The hull structure has been significantly evolved to withstand long touring.
While the original model was constructed solely with aluminum frames, the SNIPER combines aluminum pipes with fiberglass pipes (glass fiber), which boast high strength and elasticity, achieving both increased strength and reduced weight.
Furthermore, the keel section, which is the most stressed framework at the bottom of the hull, uses a double-pipe keel where aluminum pipes of different diameters are layered. This significantly improves strength compared to a single keel.
Fiberglass pipes combine high strength with flexible shock absorption.
Features to Increase Load Capacity
For long tours or camping on uninhabited islands, it's necessary to carry camping gear, tents, and other luggage. The SNIPER provides ample loading space.
▪️Deck Pad
The deck pads (luggage racks) at the front and back of the hull are equipped with webbing straps compliant with the MOLLE system, a US military standard, similar to the original model. This allows for secure attachment of MOLLE-compatible pouches and bags using belts, making it possible to efficiently attach gear both above and below, unlike traditional bungee cord methods.
In addition, the SNIPER model also features female Velcro (loop side), allowing for the attachment of compatible pouches or custom patches with male Velcro (hook side).
The rear deck pad also has bungee cords, which can be used to secure luggage or store paddles.
▪️Standard Front Hatch
A notable feature not found in the original model is the front hatch located at the bow of the hull. Removing this black cover reveals an opening, allowing items to be pushed into or pulled out of the very front part of the kayak, which is otherwise unreachable from the cockpit.
With a total length of 445cm, there is ample space for camping gear such as tents at both the bow and stern.
