FOLBOT made its debut exhibition at "Basser Allstar Classic 2025," held in Chiba Prefecture on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, 2025.
What is "Basser Allstar Classic 2025"?
"Basser Allstar Classic 2025" is a large-scale outdoor event combining fishing and outdoor activities, hosted by "Basser," a specialized bass fishing magazine published by Tsuribitosha Co., Ltd.
The highlight of the event is a "special bass fishing tournament where only star players invited from Japan and abroad are allowed to participate."
In addition to the tournament, over 60 exhibition booths gathered, selling a wide range of fishing merchandise, including limited-edition goods that could only be purchased there.

Background of FOLBOT's Exhibition
While FOLBOT did not originally manufacture specialized fishing gear, the PFD (Personal Flotation Device) developed for kayaks features large front pockets capable of storing lure cases, leading many anglers to use our products.
Following this trend, we wanted "more anglers to discover FOLBOT," which led us to exhibit for the first time at "Basser Allstar Classic 2025."
Participating in such a large-scale fishing event and entering the fishing sector was a new endeavor. We gained valuable insights by directly hearing from many visitors.
Excitement at the Venue and FOLBOT's Exhibition and Sales
The tournament attracted over 13,000 visitors over two days and garnered immense enthusiasm, with live YouTube streams recording over 12,000 simultaneous connections at peak.
Competitors began launching their boats at 5 AM, with the competition starting at 6:30 AM.
Despite the early hour, the event was bustling with many visitors.
Among the booths of specialized fishing brands, FOLBOT exhibited and sold its main products, including kayaks and SUPs, as well as functional gear related to water activities.
1. Kayak: WATER ARMOR
The "WATER ARMOR," a new model launched in November 2025, is the smallest and lightest folding kayak in the series, developed under the theme of "LIGHT & COMPACT."
It is compact for easy storage, simple to carry and assemble.
It offers high mobility, making it an ideal model for casually enjoying waterside activities.
This time, we customized it with a fishing rod holder.
While the rod holder is sold by FUJITA CANOE, which manufactures FOLBOT kayaks, we plan to consider selling it at FOLBOT if there is sufficient demand.

2. SUP: VERSATILE SUP
This touring/fishing model SUP is 64 cm longer than other series, offering generous sizing that prioritizes stability and speed.
Its board design is suitable for families, couples, and pet owners who want to enjoy together, as well as those who need to load a lot of fishing gear or paddle long distances.
A particularly recommended feature for anglers is its carrying capacity.
The front of the board has space for attaching commercially available rod holders. You can choose to attach them on either the left or right side, depending on your style.
Four D-rings are placed in the center of the board, allowing you to securely strap down a cooler box in a balanced manner. This position also allows the cooler box to be used as a seat or backrest.
Furthermore, the FOLBOT CARRIER SYSTEM on the front and back of the board allows items to be secured both above and below, contributing to increased storage capacity.

3. SUP: ATTACK SUP
This is the newest SUP in the series, launched in 2025.
With the widest design (87cm), it boasts exceptional stability and is an all-around to freestyle model capable of handling dynamic movements like tricks.
It features a rocker (upward curve) shape not only at the nose but also at the tail, enhancing turning performance, and a kick in the tail section for easier foot placement during lifts.
The wider deck pad ensures a comfortable, non-slip grip.

Feedback from Anglers
Our exhibition booth caught the attention of many visitors, with particularly strong interest shown in our SUPs.
Anglers who visited expressed concerns about owning aluminum boats for bass fishing that were too heavy and rarely used.
The biggest advantages of FOLBOT's kayaks and SUPs are their "compactness, portability, and serious performance."
Many people were attracted by these points and listened attentively to our explanations.
We also heard comments from people who do not only bass fishing but also sea fishing, saying things like, "My friend uses it, and apparently it catches a lot, so I'm interested."
Furthermore, we noticed that many people have a strong commitment to fashion and cool tools/gear, indicating a high affinity with the style proposed by FOLBOT.
Since 2024, FOLBOT has been actively collaborating with fishing brands, and moving forward, we will continue to develop products that expand the enjoyment and possibilities of water activities for anglers.
